Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful husband JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. A lot of people know me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my life from upwards to the downwards. When I was just 1 year old My family and I came into America. If not due to the dedication of my parents I might not exist today to share my life with you. My parents inspired me and helped me become prosperous. I had a plan to go to school, graduate and get an excellent job. Then I wanted to have a family and a wife. I believed that this was the epitome of success but life was not so sure to show me what it meant to be successful. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joy- I felt as if I had wasted my life away for a paycheck but I knew that I was meant for more. As I navigated my way to a new job, I realized that I was supposed to work as an instructor. I was a fan of exercise, I loved having fun and I enjoy helping others. The business I started was in 2014 and I'm celebrating seven years of growth this year, 2021. There are few Asian females working in the field. To be a leader in my field and provide quality coaching to enable others to achieve an improved and happier life by creating a healthy lifestyle to their specific needs and help them achieve their targets. It is my goal to inspire others to pursue their desires and live the lives they have always wanted. As my professional career took flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. It was the worst of all. After an eight-year struggle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's currently resting on Heaven. I will never forget her, and always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. It is possible to learn from the world, even if we may not be able to recognize it right now. It was my mother's unexpected death that shaped me for good. It was a true blessing. it gave me an opportunity at the next stage of my life. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. The time was right to go on to the next chapter of her life and my chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. As I enter my 30's, I'm alive and alert. I truly feel that I live my life now instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. As I share the story of my life, it is with the intention that people are able to relate to my feelings and thoughts. To know that they're not on their own. It is also a sign of true love. Also that therapy is necessary and not uncommon. In the end, your wellness is your greatest wealth. My hope is to live your life fully and that your end is without regrets since that's the only thing that we have to be confident about during this lifetime.
