Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30, 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been married to Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. When he was 13 years old Richard and his family relocated across Nebraska, eventually moving to Casper which was where his dad worked as Director of the U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservancy district.
